'7 Rules of Style' I think are worth sharing - from an amateur who has been reading books about style (and is not that into fashion). Plus some sock tips.

Sock wars have begun here again. I keep catching Olly slipping his feet into his boots wearing my socks. He hears me coming and starts frantically shoving his feet in. That’s when I KNOW he’s got my socks on. I ask him “are you wearing my socks?” He smiles and says “no”. We both know he’s lying. This is the beginning of the end for my socks because after one wear there will be a hole in them. He says “I’ll pay you £2 for the pair”. I am fuming. 

Many of you will remember this sock issue. I have spent time googling “what causes people to rip holes in socks after one wear”. I have bought this man every sock out there. There is no solution. Google says the cause is either hard skin on feet or boots that are too small. I've spent more time than I should have thinking about socks and I am now very particular about the socks I buy and where I (hide) them.
